- Place the Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl and set aside, ready to be coated with the delicious lemon-chocolate mixture.

- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, unsalted butter, freshly grated lemon zest, and lemon juice.

- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the powdered sugar and lemon-flavored instant pudding mix. Add the coated cereal to the bag, seal it, and shake vigorously until the cereal is evenly coated with the sugary lemon mixture.
