Wash the roots thoroughly to remove dirt. Slice them into small pieces.
Fill the jar halfway with the chopped roots.
Pour the alcohol over the roots until fully covered.
Seal tightly and store in a dark, cool place for 3 to 4 weeks, shaking gently every few days.
Strain and transfer the liquid into a dark glass bottle.
Usage: Take 5–10 drops in water or tea, once or twice daily, for relaxation or mild pain relief.
