👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Brown the Kielbasa
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the kielbasa slices and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are lightly browned and caramelized on the edges.
2️⃣ Add the Pineapple
- Add the pineapple chunks to the skillet with the kielbasa.
- Sauté for 2–3 minutes, allowing the fruit to pick up a little golden color and release its natural sweetness.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).
4️⃣ Simmer & Glaze
- Pour the sauce over the kielbasa and pineapple mixture in the skillet.
- Stir gently to coat everything evenly, then simmer for 3–4 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly into a glossy glaze.
5️⃣ Serve
- Transfer everything to a serving platter.
- Use toothpicks to skewer one piece of kielbasa and one pineapple chunk together for easy serving.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color, if desired.
