Sweet & Savory Kielbasa Pineapple Bites

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Brown the Kielbasa

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the kielbasa slices and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are lightly browned and caramelized on the edges.

2️⃣ Add the Pineapple

  1. Add the pineapple chunks to the skillet with the kielbasa.
  2. Sauté for 2–3 minutes, allowing the fruit to pick up a little golden color and release its natural sweetness.

3️⃣ Make the Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).

4️⃣ Simmer & Glaze

  1. Pour the sauce over the kielbasa and pineapple mixture in the skillet.
  2. Stir gently to coat everything evenly, then simmer for 3–4 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly into a glossy glaze.

5️⃣ Serve

  • Transfer everything to a serving platter.
