Strawberry Bundt Cake with Pink Glaze – Moist, Luscious & Berry-Licious

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease and flour a Bundt pan, making sure to coat every crevice to prevent sticking.

2. Make the Batter

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, gelatin powder, eggs, oil, milk, sour cream, strawberry puree, and vanilla extract.
  2. Use an electric mixer on medium speed and beat for 2–3 minutes until the batter is smooth and thick.

3. Bake

  1. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.
  2. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  3. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before carefully inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
