1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease and flour a Bundt pan, making sure to coat every crevice to prevent sticking.
2. Make the Batter
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, gelatin powder, eggs, oil, milk, sour cream, strawberry puree, and vanilla extract.
- Use an electric mixer on medium speed and beat for 2–3 minutes until the batter is smooth and thick.
3. Bake
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before carefully inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
