Sticky Honey Garlic Ribs

Instructions

1. Preheat & Prepare:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil to catch drippings and for easy cleanup.

2. Slice & Marinate the Ribs:

  1. Slice the pork spareribs into individual ribs for even cooking and better sauce coverage.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and minced garlic until the honey and sugar are fully dissolved.
  3. Stir in the baking soda. The mixture will foam slightly — this helps tenderize the meat and enhances caramelization.
  4. Add the sliced ribs to the bowl and toss to coat thoroughly in the sauce mixture.

3. Bake the Ribs:
