👩🍳 Instructions
1. Blackened Fish
- Mix Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the fish fillet with melted butter on both sides.
- Coat generously with the seasoning blend.
- Heat a nonstick or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pan-sear fish for 3–4 minutes per side, until blackened on the outside and juicy inside.
2. Creole Shrimp & Sausage Rice
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet. Add diced onion, bell peppers, and sausage slices.
- Sauté until the vegetables are softened and sausage begins to brown.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
- Stir in tomato paste, cooked rice, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and heat through for 2–3 minutes.
3. Garlic Green Beans
- In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and green beans. Sauté for 5–6 minutes until beans are crisp-tender.
- Season with salt and remove from heat.
