Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles

Instructions

  1. Layer the Slow Cooker:
    Place the stew beef into the bottom of your slow cooker insert in an even layer. You can use pre-cut stew meat or cut your own beef chuck into bite-sized chunks.
  2. Add the Seasonings and Liquids:
    Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and brown gravy mix evenly over the beef. Spoon the cream of mushroom soup on top. Pour in 3 cups of water, then gently stir to combine the ingredients without disturbing the beef too much—this helps ensure it stays submerged in liquid while it cooks.
  3. Slow Cook:
    Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or on HIGH for 4–5 hours. The beef should be fork-tender and fully infused with the rich, savory flavors from the seasoning and soup mixture. Stir occasionally if possible, especially in the final hours of cooking.
