👩🍳 Instructions
1 | Prepare the Tin
- Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) square baking tin with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides to lift the bars out later.
2 | Make the Biscuit Base
- In a large bowl, combine crushed biscuits with melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the base of the prepared tin, forming an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
3 | Make the Cheesecake Filling
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, salted caramel sauce, and icing sugar until smooth and lump-free.
- Spoon the filling over the chilled biscuit base and smooth the top with a spatula.
4 | Add the Caramel Topping
