Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bars

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1 | Prepare the Tin

  1. Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) square baking tin with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides to lift the bars out later.

2 | Make the Biscuit Base

  1. In a large bowl, combine crushed biscuits with melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the base of the prepared tin, forming an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

3 | Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, salted caramel sauce, and icing sugar until smooth and lump-free.
  2. Spoon the filling over the chilled biscuit base and smooth the top with a spatula.

4 | Add the Caramel Topping
