Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bars

4 | Add the Caramel Topping

  1. Warm the salted caramel sauce in the microwave for about 20–30 seconds until pourable (not hot).
  2. Pour over the cheesecake layer and spread evenly with the back of a spoon or offset spatula.

5 | Chill and Decorate

  1. Refrigerate the bars for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until fully set.
  2. Just before serving, decorate with fudge chunks around the edges and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt over the top if desired.

6 | Slice and Serve

  1. Use the parchment overhang to lift the set cheesecake from the tin.
  2. Cut into clean bars using a warm, sharp knife. Wipe between slices for the neatest presentation.

📌 Tips

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for the richest texture and best structure.
  • Let the caramel topping cool slightly before pouring to prevent it from melting the filling.
  • Bars are best stored chilled in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days.
