Portable Breakfast Sandwiches

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Eggs

  1. In a separate skillet, cook the sausage patties or bacon until fully cooked and golden brown.
  2. Drain excess fat on paper towels and set aside.

3️⃣ Toast the English Muffins

  1. Split each English muffin in half and toast until golden and slightly crisp.
  2. Optionally, spread a thin layer of butter for extra flavor.
