👨🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat & Prepare
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish thoroughly.
2. Make the Cake Batter
- In a large bowl, combine:
- Angel food cake mix
- 1 box pistachio pudding mix
- Vegetable oil
- Eggs
- Crushed pineapple with juice
- Beat the mixture with a hand or stand mixer until well combined and slightly thickened (about 2 minutes).
3. Bake the Cake
- Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top evenly.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove and let the cake cool completely in the pan.
