Pineapple Paradise Cake with Pistachio Whip Frosting

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat & Prepare

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish thoroughly.

2. Make the Cake Batter

  1. In a large bowl, combine:
    • Angel food cake mix
    • 1 box pistachio pudding mix
    • Vegetable oil
    • Eggs
    • Crushed pineapple with juice
  2. Beat the mixture with a hand or stand mixer until well combined and slightly thickened (about 2 minutes).

3. Bake the Cake

  1. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top evenly.
  2. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  3. Remove and let the cake cool completely in the pan.
