Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier. This step sets the stage for assembling the ring without any mess.
Sauté the Veggies
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil until shimmering. Add the sliced onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Sauté for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables become tender and begin to caramelize. This brings out their natural sweetness and depth of flavor.
Cook the Steak
Push the sautéed vegetables to one side of the skillet. Add the beef steak strips to the open space, seasoning them with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Sear for 3–5 minutes until browned and fully cooked, stirring occasionally for even color. Once done, stir in the Worcestershire sauce and mix everything together so the flavors meld beautifully.
Build the Ring
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into individual triangles. On the prepared baking sheet, arrange the triangles in a circular pattern with the wide ends overlapping slightly in the center and the pointed ends extending outward. This should form a sunburst or wreath-like shape, creating a base to wrap around the filling.
