How to Make the Passion Fruit Cream:
- In a saucepan, add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix well until the cornstarch is completely dissolved.
- Next, pour in 1 cup of concentrated passion fruit juice and 1 carton of heavy cream. Stir the mixture until combined.
- Place the saucepan on medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture thickens. This will take a few minutes, so keep stirring to avoid lumps.
- Once thickened, remove from heat. Pour the passion fruit cream into a glass baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Refrigerate the passion fruit cream for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
