1️⃣ Prepare the Cabbage Leaves:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Core the cabbage and carefully remove outer leaves.
- Boil the cabbage head for 5–7 minutes, peeling off leaves as they soften and become pliable. Set aside 12 large leaves.
2️⃣ Make the Filling:
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until just combined.
3️⃣ Fill and Roll:
- Place 2–3 tablespoons of filling in the center of each cabbage leaf. Fold sides inward and roll up tightly like a burrito.
4️⃣ Make the Sauce:
- In a saucepan, combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, broth, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire (if using), salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–10 minutes.
