- Beat the cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy. Ensure there are no lumps, as a silky base is essential for the cheesecake balls’ texture.
- Add the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until the mixture is thick, fully blended, and homogenous. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to incorporate all ingredients evenly.
- Stir in the crushed graham crackers or Oreos if a firmer consistency is desired. The added crumbs will help the balls hold their shape better during dipping and serving.
- Chill the mixture for 20–30 minutes to allow it to set slightly. This step makes the mixture easier to scoop and shape into uniform balls.
- Scoop and shape the mixture into small balls, roughly 1-inch in diameter. Roll gently to ensure smooth, even spheres for a polished appearance.
