No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake with Oreo Crust

1. Prepare the Springform Pan:

  1. Line the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan with parchment paper by placing the paper between the base and the rim before sealing. This helps with smooth removal.

2. Make the Oreo Crust:

  1. In a food processor, blend the Oreo cookies (with filling) into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix in melted butter until the crumbs resemble wet sand and begin to stick together.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the base and about ½ inch up the sides of the springform pan. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.

3. Melt the Chocolate:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chopped chocolate with ½ cup cold heavy cream.
  2. Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted. Let cool slightly.
