Milk Cake Recipe

Preparation

  1. Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the 800 ml of milk, 2 cups of wheat flour, 3 tablespoons of margarine, 1/2 cup of sugar, 3 whole eggs, and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk. Blend everything very well until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  2. Prepare the Baking Pan: Grease and flour a baking pan of your choice to prevent the cake from sticking. Make sure to coat the bottom and sides evenly.
  3. Pour and Bake: Pour the batter from the blender into the prepared baking pan. Place it in a preheated oven and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 40 to 50 minutes, or until the cake turns golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Cool and Serve: Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy this deliciously simple milk cake!
