Marshmallow Whip Cheesecake Heaven

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar.
  2. Stir in melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:

  1. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add vanilla extract and marshmallow fluff; beat until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in whipped heavy cream with a spatula to keep the mixture light and airy.
  4. Pour over the prepared crust and smooth the top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
