Low Carb Zucchini Bagels (Keto-Friendly)

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a donut pan for classic bagel shapes or line a baking sheet with parchment paper if shaping by hand.
    2. Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded zucchini, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, and egg. Mix well to combine.
    3. Add seasonings: Stir in the baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated—the mixture should be thick and sticky.
    4. Shape the bagels: Divide the mixture evenly among the donut cavities, or form into rounds on the lined baking sheet, leaving a hole in the center for a bagel shape.
    5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the bagels are golden brown and fully set. The edges should be crisp and lightly browned.
