1️⃣ Cook the Salmon
- Rub the salmon fillet with olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, and salt.
- Pan-Sear Method: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Baking Option: Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and bake salmon for 12–14 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Top with a fresh lemon slice for extra brightness.
2️⃣ Sauté the Asparagus
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add asparagus, garlic powder (or minced garlic), salt, and pepper.
- Sauté for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until asparagus is bright green and lightly charred.
3️⃣ Make the Zucchini Medley
- In another skillet, heat butter or olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook for 1 minute until softened.
- Add sliced zucchini and yellow squash.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional Italian seasoning.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and lightly golden.
