Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Step 2: Season & Sear the Chicken
- Pat chicken breasts dry. Season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear each chicken breast for 2ā3 minutes per side until golden. This locks in moisture and adds a beautiful crust.
Step 3: Make the Caesar Parmesan Sauce
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Stir until smooth.
