👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2️⃣ Make the Zesty Mayo:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, oregano, chili flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Set aside.
3️⃣ Assemble the Sliders:
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the bottom layer connected.
- Place the bottom half of the buns on the prepared baking tray.
- Layer with sliced turkey, salami, and provolone cheese to cover the surface evenly.
- Place the top halves of the buns back on to form a sandwich slab.
4️⃣ Bake & Finish:
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil with garlic powder.
- Brush this mixture over the tops of the slider buns.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
