Italian-Style Baked Deli Sliders – Hot, Melty & Loaded with Flavor

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2️⃣ Make the Zesty Mayo:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, oregano, chili flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Set aside.

3️⃣ Assemble the Sliders:

  1. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the bottom layer connected.
  2. Place the bottom half of the buns on the prepared baking tray.
  3. Layer with sliced turkey, salami, and provolone cheese to cover the surface evenly.
  4. Place the top halves of the buns back on to form a sandwich slab.

4️⃣ Bake & Finish:

  1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil with garlic powder.
  2. Brush this mixture over the tops of the slider buns.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
