Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli Skillet

1. Cook the Sausage

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced sausage and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and slightly crisp on the edges.
  3. Remove sausage from the pan and set aside.

2. Sauté the Broccoli

  1. In the same skillet, add the butter and broccoli florets.
  2. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender. Remove and set aside with the sausage.

3. Cook the Shrimp

  1. Add the shrimp to the skillet. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through. Do not overcook.

4. Make the Honey Garlic Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the shrimp and simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened and glossy.

5. Combine and Serve

  1. Return the sausage and broccoli to the skillet. Toss everything to coat in the honey garlic sauce.
  2. Serve hot as-is or over rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice for a more filling meal.
