1. Cook the Sausage
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced sausage and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and slightly crisp on the edges.
- Remove sausage from the pan and set aside.
2. Sauté the Broccoli
- In the same skillet, add the butter and broccoli florets.
- Sauté for 3–4 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender. Remove and set aside with the sausage.
3. Cook the Shrimp
- Add the shrimp to the skillet. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through. Do not overcook.
4. Make the Honey Garlic Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet with the shrimp and simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened and glossy.
5. Combine and Serve
- Return the sausage and broccoli to the skillet. Toss everything to coat in the honey garlic sauce.
- Serve hot as-is or over rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice for a more filling meal.
