Honey Garlic Glazed Lamb Chops

Instructions

1. Marinate the Lamb:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, salt, oregano, and crushed red pepper (if using).
  2. Coat the lamb chops thoroughly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for deeper flavor.

2. Cook the Lamb Chops:

  1. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add butter and allow it to melt and bubble.
  2. Sear the marinated lamb chops for 3–4 minutes per side until a golden crust forms.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and cook for an additional 3–5 minutes for medium-rare, or longer to your desired doneness.

3. Make the Glaze:

  1. Remove lamb chops from the pan and let rest.
  2. In the same skillet, add balsamic vinegar and a small drizzle of honey. Stir and let the glaze simmer for about 2 minutes, until slightly thickened.
  3. Drizzle the glaze over the lamb chops just before serving.
