👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Line a large baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it for easier cleanup.
2️⃣ Make the Marinade:
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk until the mixture is smooth and the honey is fully dissolved.
3️⃣ Coat the Chicken:
- Add the drumsticks to the bowl and toss to coat thoroughly with the marinade.
- Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer on the prepared baking tray. Pour any remaining marinade over the top.
4️⃣ Bake:
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, flipping the drumsticks halfway through to ensure even cooking and caramelization.
- The chicken should be golden, sticky, and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C).
