Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden and slightly crispy on the edges.
2️⃣ Glaze & Cook the Salmon
In a small bowl, mix honey, chili flakes, soy sauce (if using), lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Coat the salmon with the glaze.
Bake: Place on a lined tray and bake at 400°F (205°C) for 12–14 minutes. OR Pan-Sear: Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat, 4–5 minutes per side, brushing glaze on top while cooking.
Spoon extra glaze over the salmon once done for added flavor and shine.
3️⃣ Sauté the Zucchini
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add zucchini slices in a single layer and cook 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and tender.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder or herbs.
4️⃣ Build the Salad
Combine mixed greens and chopped tomatoes in a bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice or balsamic. Toss gently and season with salt and pepper to taste.
