Healthy Apple Oatmeal Bake 🍎 – Naturally Sweet, Wholesome & Easy

1. Preheat Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 360°F (180°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish (8×8 or similar size) with oil or line with parchment paper.

2. Mix Ingredients

  1. In a large bowl, combine grated apples, mashed banana, rolled oats, water, rinsed cranberries and raisins, eggs, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  2. Mix well until evenly combined.
  3. Fold in chopped nuts of your choice (walnuts, almonds, pecans, etc.).

3. Bake

  1. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  2. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
  3. Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
