1. Preheat Oven
- Preheat oven to 360°F (180°C).
- Grease a baking dish (8×8 or similar size) with oil or line with parchment paper.
2. Mix Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine grated apples, mashed banana, rolled oats, water, rinsed cranberries and raisins, eggs, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Mix well until evenly combined.
- Fold in chopped nuts of your choice (walnuts, almonds, pecans, etc.).
3. Bake
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Serving Suggestions
- Top with Greek yogurt and fresh berries for a balanced breakfast.
- Serve with a drizzle of nut butter or honey for extra flavor.
- Great alongside a cup of tea or coffee for a satisfying snack.
