👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the Steak:
- In a bowl, mix together the thinly sliced steak, soy sauce, cornstarch, vegetable oil, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Let the steak marinate for 10–15 minutes to soak in the flavors.
2️⃣ Make the Stir Fry Sauce:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, black pepper, and chili flakes (if using).
- Set the sauce aside while you stir-fry the steak and vegetables.
3️⃣ Stir Fry the Steak:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the marinated steak and cook for 2–3 minutes, searing until browned and just cooked through. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
4️⃣ Cook the Veggies:
- Add a little more oil to the pan if needed. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions.
- Stir-fry the veggies for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Stir in the minced garlic and ginger and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
5️⃣ Combine Everything:
- Return the cooked steak to the pan with the veggies.
- Pour in the stir fry sauce and toss everything together until well coated.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes, until everything is glossy and heated through.
6️⃣ Serve:
