Preheat the oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray for easy removal.
Make the crust:
In a medium bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly moistened. Press firmly and evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the base layer.
Add the toppings:
Evenly sprinkle chopped candied cherries, candied pineapple, golden raisins, chopped almonds, and shredded coconut over the graham cracker base in that order.
Pour sweetened condensed milk:
Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of the layered ingredients. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread it gently if needed.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the top is slightly bubbly.
Cool and slice:
Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before lifting out using the parchment. Cut into squares or rectangles once set.
