  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make the bread easier to remove after baking.
  2. Whisk the Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and olive oil (or melted butter) until fully combined and smooth. This will help create a soft, airy texture in the bread.
  3. Add the Dry Ingredients: Add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Stir until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. The combination of almond and coconut flour gives this bread its light, airy structure.
