Easy Ice Cream Cake (No-Bake Pudding Style)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Syrup:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine cocoa powder and 100 ml of milk. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens into a syrup-like consistency.
  3. Pour the chocolate syrup into the bottom of a pudding mold (bundt pan style), tilting to coat the bottom evenly. Set aside or refrigerate while you prepare the filling.

2️⃣ Make the Custard Base:

  1. In a blender, blend the condensed milk, cornstarch, 500 ml milk, and egg yolks until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens into a creamy custard (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
