👩🍳 Steps
1️⃣ Preheat Oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Prepare the Seafood Filling
- In a medium bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, and Dijon mustard.
- Add Old Bay seasoning, green onions, parsley, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until creamy and well combined. Set aside.
3️⃣ Stuff the Salmon
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Using a sharp knife, cut a deep pocket into the thickest part of each fillet (do not slice through).
- Generously stuff each salmon fillet with the seafood mixture.
4️⃣ Bake
- Place the stuffed salmon on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle each fillet with olive oil and season the tops lightly with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the filling is heated through.
