Decadent Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Salmon

👩‍🍳 Steps

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Prepare the Seafood Filling

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Add Old Bay seasoning, green onions, parsley, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until creamy and well combined. Set aside.

3️⃣ Stuff the Salmon

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut a deep pocket into the thickest part of each fillet (do not slice through).
  3. Generously stuff each salmon fillet with the seafood mixture.

4️⃣ Bake

  1. Place the stuffed salmon on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle each fillet with olive oil and season the tops lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the filling is heated through.
