1. Prepare the Steak

2. Make the Marinade
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
3. Load the Crockpot
- Place the steak cubes into your slow cooker.
- Pour the marinade mixture evenly over the meat and toss to coat.
- Top with pieces of butter scattered across the surface.
4. Cook
- Cover with the lid and cook on:
- Low: 4–5 hours
- High: 2–3 hours
or until steak is tender.
