1️⃣ Brown the Sausage
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage, breaking it into crumbles as it browns.
- Once fully cooked, drain off any excess grease.
2️⃣ Combine in Crockpot
- In a 6-quart crockpot, add the cooked sausage, frozen cheese tortellini, marinara sauce, and chicken broth.
- Stir gently until everything is well mixed.
3️⃣ Cook Low and Slow
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or on HIGH for 2–3 hours.
4️⃣ Add the Cheese
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top. Cover again and let melt.
5️⃣ Serve
- Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
- Scoop into bowls and serve hot—perfect with garlic bread or a side salad!
