Crispy Phyllo Feta Rolls with Chili Honey Glaze

Step 1: Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Step 2: Prepare the Filling

In a small bowl, mix the crumbled feta with a splash of olive oil or melted butter to soften it slightly. Season with a pinch of salt if your feta isn’t very salty.

Step 3: Assemble the Rolls

  1. Lay one sheet of phyllo on a clean surface. Brush lightly with melted butter or olive oil.
  2. Place another sheet directly on top and brush again.
  3. Near one edge, place a thin line of the feta mixture.
  4. Roll the phyllo into a tight log, sealing the edge with a bit of water.
  5. Repeat to create 3 total logs, then slice each in half to make 6 rolls.

Step 4: Bake

  1. Place rolls seam-side down on the prepared tray.
  2. Brush tops with remaining butter or oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  3. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
