Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil it to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Caramelize the Pears

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the pear slices, cinnamon, and salt. Stir gently.
  3. Cook for 3–4 minutes, or until the pears are softened and slightly golden on the edges. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 3: Assemble the Flatbread

  1. Place the flatbread on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese evenly across the surface.
  3. Layer the caramelized pears on top, distributing evenly.
