Ingredients
Crust:
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
Cheesecake Filling:
- 3 packages cream cheese (about 675 g), softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional but recommended)
Caramelized Top:
- 3–4 tbsp sugar (for brûlée)
- Fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries)
- Mint leaves (optional)
