Creamy Velveeta Beef & Bowtie Pasta

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta and set aside. Toss with a bit of oil or butter to prevent sticking if needed.

Step 2: Brown the Beef

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked through, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
  2. Drain any excess fat and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3: Make the Cheese Sauce

  1. In a large saucepan or deep skillet, add the cubed Velveeta cheese, softened cream cheese, and cream of chicken soup.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently until the cheeses melt completely and the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. If the sauce is too thick, add milk gradually to loosen it to your desired consistency.
