Creamy Spinach-Stuffed Salmon with Garlic Shrimp & Asparagus

  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Pinch of parsley
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Sides:

  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 8–10 asparagus spears
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

1️⃣ Prepare the Creamy Filling:

  1. In a small bowl, mix chopped spinach, cream cheese, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
