Creamy Spinach-Stuffed Chicken Breasts – Juicy, Golden & Cheesy Inside

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Filling:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and optional nutmeg.
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy. Set aside. 🥬🧄🧀

2️⃣ Prepare the Chicken:

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice a deep pocket into the thickest side of each breast without cutting all the way through.
  2. Spoon an equal amount of filling into each pocket. Secure the opening with toothpicks if needed. 🐔
  3. Season both sides of the stuffed chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. 🌿

3️⃣ Sear the Chicken:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sear each chicken breast for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown.

4️⃣ Bake to Finish:

  1. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  2. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and juices run clear. 🍗
