Creamy Crab Fettuccine Alfredo – Rich, Elegant & Ready in 30 Minutes

👨‍🍳 Directions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute—avoid browning.
  3. Make the Alfredo sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, whisking until melted and smooth. Add Old Bay, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the crab: Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much. Let the crab warm through for 2–3 minutes without boiling.
  5. Toss the pasta: Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss gently until evenly coated in the sauce.
  6. Serve: Transfer to plates and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for brightness.
