Add the warm milk or water and oil.
Mix with a wooden spoon or your hands until a shaggy dough forms. Knead briefly until smooth. If it feels sticky, add an extra spoonful of flour at a time.

Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap.
Let it rise in a warm, draft-free spot for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
3️⃣ Shape and Use
Punch down the dough to release air bubbles.
Divide and shape as needed for your recipe:
Pizza: Roll thin for a crispy base or thick for a soft crust.
Cinnamon Rolls: Roll out, fill, slice, and bake.
Dinner Rolls: Shape into balls, proof again, and bake.
Flatbreads: Pan-fry or bake without rising again.

Pizza: Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Cinnamon Rolls: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 25 minutes or until golden.
