Cranberry Turkey Breast

🍲 Instructions

  1. Place the turkey breast in the bottom of your crockpot. Make sure it’s fat side up for the juiciest results.
  2. Mix the sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce, onion soup mix, chicken broth, brown sugar, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture over the turkey, coating it evenly. Spread with a spoon if needed to fully cover.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours, or until the turkey is tender and registers at least 165°F (74°C) internally.
  5. Slice and serve: Once fully cooked, remove the turkey, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice. Spoon the cranberry sauce from the crockpot over the top for a glossy, flavorful finish.
