- Place the turkey breast in the bottom of your crockpot. Make sure it’s fat side up for the juiciest results.
- Mix the sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce, onion soup mix, chicken broth, brown sugar, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the turkey, coating it evenly. Spread with a spoon if needed to fully cover.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours, or until the turkey is tender and registers at least 165°F (74°C) internally.
- Slice and serve: Once fully cooked, remove the turkey, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice. Spoon the cranberry sauce from the crockpot over the top for a glossy, flavorful finish.
