In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and dry yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt. Mix to combine.
Gradually add flour, one cup at a time, stirring until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 6–8 minutes until smooth and elastic (by hand or with a dough hook).
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel or plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
2️⃣ Form the Rolls
Roll out the risen dough on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle (approx. 16×12 inches).
Spread softened butter over the surface of the dough.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the buttered dough.
Roll the dough tightly from the long edge into a log. Slice into 12 even pieces (about 2–3 cm wide).
Place rolls on a parchment-lined or greased 9×13-inch pan, leaving a bit of space between them.
3️⃣ Bake the Cinnamon Rolls
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
Bake the rolls for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown on top and baked through.
