Ingredients
For the Cookie Base:
- 2 cups (about 200g) chocolate chip cookies, crushed
- ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
For the Edible Cookie Dough:
- ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup (100g) brown sugar
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour* (heat-treated)
- 2 tbsp milk
- ½ cup (90g) mini chocolate chips
For the Ice Cream Layer:
- 1.5 quarts (about 1.4 L) vanilla ice cream, softened slightly (or use cookie dough ice cream for even more flavor)
Optional Toppings:
- Chocolate ganache or fudge sauce
- Whipped cream
- Mini chocolate chip cookies or extra cookie dough balls
