- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan, creating a firm crust.

- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, remaining erythritol, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the filling over the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

- Sprinkle the remaining sugar-free chocolate chips over the top of the cheesecake filling.
