🔥 Directions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare Sauce
- In a small bowl, combine 1 cup ketchup with 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce.
- Stir well and set aside for use in both the meatloaf mixture and as a topping.
3️⃣ Make the Meatloaf Mixture
- In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, crushed Ritz crackers, Lipton onion soup mix, eggs, and ½ cup of the ketchup-barbecue sauce mixture.
- Use your hands to mix until fully combined, but be careful not to overmix for a tender texture.
4️⃣ Assemble the Casserole
- Press the meatloaf mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the remaining ketchup-barbecue sauce mixture evenly over the top of the meatloaf layer.
- Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle with the cheese blend and real bacon bits.
5️⃣ Bake
