Cheesy Shrimp & Crab Bake Dip – Hot, Bubbly, and Party-Perfect!

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Mix the Creamy Base

  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and optional hot sauce.
  2. Whip with a hand mixer or stir vigorously until smooth and fluffy.

2. Fold in the Seafood & Cheese

  1. Gently fold in the chopped shrimp, crab meat, half of the shredded mozzarella, all of the Parmesan, and half the green onions or chives.
  2. Stir until evenly distributed without breaking up the crab too much.

3. Bake It Melty

  1. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish. Spread evenly.
  2. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbling around the edges.

4. Optional Golden Finish

  1. For a browned cheesy crust, broil on high for 1–2 minutes—watch closely to avoid burning.

5. Garnish & Serve

  1. Sprinkle with the remaining chopped chives or green onions.
