Boston Cream Pie Cookie Dessert

👇 Directions

1️⃣ Bake the Cookie Base:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Press sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the dish. Stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract if desired.
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool completely before adding filling.

2️⃣ Make the Cream Filling:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together cold milk and instant pudding mix. Let sit until thickened (about 5 minutes).
  2. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth (optional but adds extra creaminess).
  3. Fold in heavy cream or Cool Whip to the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  4. Gently combine with the thickened pudding to create a silky filling. Spread evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
