Ingredients
Chicken Wings
- 20–25 chicken wings
- 1 tsp Lawrys seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp Lawrys garlic salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
Alfredo Sauce
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
Bake the Chicken Wings
- Preheat the oven to 375°F so it is fully heated and ready before the wings go in. Proper preheating ensures even cooking and crisp skin.
- Clean the chicken wings by rinsing them in salt, vinegar, and cold water. Rinse thoroughly under cold running water, then pat completely dry with paper towels. Removing excess moisture is essential for achieving crispy skin in the oven.
- Season the wings evenly with Lawrys seasoned salt, Lawrys garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika, and baking powder. Toss thoroughly to make sure every wing is evenly coated. The baking powder helps dry the skin and promotes crisping during baking.
- Place the seasoned wings on a cooling rack set over a baking sheet. This allows hot air to circulate around the wings so they cook evenly and do not sit in their own juices.
- Place the wings in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, carefully flip each wing over and return them to the oven for another 20 minutes. Flip them once more and allow them to finish cooking for an additional 15 minutes. By the end of cooking, the wings should be fully cooked through with golden, crispy skin.
